Next to the pool you will find the terrace and porch area that is furnished to spend pleasant evenings with your loved ones or have a drink at sunset in the rest area while contemplating the beautiful views of the surrounding fields. A little separated from the house we find the barbecue area that is under a porch and also includes a table to prepare food and cook in company. The 12000m2 farm is fenced and privacy is total.
The 296 m2 house is distributed over 3 floors. On the ground floor we find a beautiful and warm living room, with a fireplace, simply decorated, with satellite TV, air conditioning. Through an arch we access the dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a gas cooker, blender, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, juicer, washing machine, kitchen towels. The coast is very close and you can enjoy incredible beaches and coves such as Cala Gran, Cala Ferrera. If you are a golf lover, the nearest course is only 6.9 km away.
