The holiday apartment "Roquemar Dreams 523" is located in Roquetas de Mar just a short walk from the beach. The 55 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people (an extra bed can be provided upon prior request). Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, air conditioning in the living room, heating as well as a washing machine.
The property offers a private outdoor area with an open terrace and a balcony. Additionally, guests have access to a shared outdoor area with a pool (open from May to mid September), a garden and a children's pool.
The property is located within walking distance of the main street, supermarkets, bars, a bus stop and the beach.
Free parking is available on the street.

Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.
Unfortunately, a baby cot cannot be provided.
