The 80 sqm, two-story apartment has an open bedroom with a unique 200 x 200 cm comfortable bed with a EMMA One mattress (medium) as well as another sleeping option - coming soon - in the living room. Allergy pillowcases are possible if advised.

Right next to the sleeping area there is a relaxing bathroom with a bathtub where fresh towels are ready for you.

Both levels of the maisonette apartment, which impresses with characterful parquet floors, floor-to-ceiling windows, a gallery and a large balcony, are connected via a wooden staircase that sometimes creaks a bit.

In the lower area there is a stylish living/dining area with a 1.60 m large real wood table, which is ideal for sitting together or working; as well as a kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine, free capsules and tea and basic equipment for all cooking fans.

In the living room there is a sofa bed and a BenQ projector with Google Chromecast including numerous app media libraries and Bluetooth speakers from harman/kardon for an atmospheric film experience; Simply switch it on and stream your series, films or videos.

The procedure at reoh houses:
- Online self-check-in before arrival: An identity check is associated with every booking. A registration form in accordance with the Federal Registration Act (BMG) must be filled out, including a copy of your identity card.
- Security and quiet stay are top priority: We are not on site, so we use security systems, namely outdoor video/audio surveillance, a digital locking system with access code, measurement instruments in the apartment for volume, humidity/temperature and movement.

Some important requirements:
- No parties, no disturbing the peace
- No unauthorized/unannounced guests
- No bookings within your own place of residence (only by arrangement)
- No pets, only in exceptional cases by arrangement
- No cash payment

You stay overnight with locals in a neighborhood where quiet times apply. Leave the accommodation in the condition in which you found it.
