The 4.5-room holiday home (semi-detached) is located in Munzenriet in Wildhaus. It is made for family holidays or an excursion with friends. It is ideally located as a starting point for various activities. In just a few steps you can reach the Wildhaus cable cars, the sports and leisure centre, the cross-country ski run, the children's area of the ski school or one of the countless hiking trails. The house offers high living comfort and enough space for all guests. In autumn 2022, the entire interior was extensively renovated. The large terrace and the spacious grounds invite you to linger and enjoy. On cold days, the fireplace in the cosy living room warms you up. The house has a spacious living and dining room with kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate WC with washbasin. The ground floor offers more than enough space for your utensils. A garage space with direct access and the forecourt belong to the house.

Grundsätzlich empfehlenswert

Die Unterkunft hat eine sehr gute Lage in Gehdistanz zur Sesselbahn-Talstation. Auch das Eisfeld ist ganz in der Nähe sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Carpe Diem ist funktional eingerichtet und bietet ausreichend Platz für bis zu 6 Personen. - Türe zum Badezimmer lässt sich fast nicht schliessen - Radiator im Badezimmer müsste entlüftet werden - Halb-Defekte Dinge (wie Lampen oder Wasserhahn in der Küche) ersetzen - bei der nächsten Renovation einen Profi ans Werk lassen - ein bequemeres Sofa wäre gut (das jetzige ist zu hart und die Sitzfläche ist zu lang)

Top Lage (Bergbahnen zu Fuss erreichbar) einfache, aber praktische Ferienwohnungeinrichtung und gemütlich Mikrowelle, Herd und Bratpfannen müssten definitiv ersetzt werden (nicht vollumfänglich funktionstüchtig).

gute Lage, viel Platz, mit Kindern toll da Nahe Skischule die Badezimmer langsam renovierungsbedürftig, teils Sachen funktionieren nicht mehr richtig, Herd in der Küche in die Jahre gekommen
