'Stork Garden' apartment with large private garden, garage and Wi-Fi
WIDE TWO-ROOM APARTMENT with private entrance, located in a green and quiet area of the municipality of Cuasso al Monte (VA) in the heart of Valceresio.
Strengths of the apartment are the large PRIVATE flat garden, with additional tiled area and the cozy gazebo with comfortable furniture to enjoy in full relaxation a green, outdoor space for exclusive use for a regenerating evening, a family dinner or an aperitif with friends.
Functionally furnished and equipped with everything you need for a vacation, a business stay, a base for visiting the area and nearby Switzerland.
Consists of kitchen-living room with sofa bed 2 places connected by French window to the garden, double bedroom with closet with 4 doors, 2 of which are mirrored, large windowed bathroom, with bathtub also equipped for shower. There is also a large balcony connecting the living room and the bedroom that allows an open view from both rooms to the surrounding mountains.
Available is a large garage for the shelter of the car, motorcycles, bicycles, etc.
Present in the accommodation, gas stove, microwave oven, kettle, hair dryer and TV.
Convenient to the main services (post office, bar, tobacconist, restaurant, pizzeria), schools, free municipal parking adjacent to the house, bus stop 2 minutes walk that allows you to reach Lake Lugano, Varese, Porto Ceresio or Ponte Tresa for the entrance to Switzerland with the beautiful Lugano and the famous Fox Town shopping center within walking distance.
Several paths can be reached on foot, to walk in the woods and visit the sites of the Cadorna Line and several trails, with varying degrees of difficulty, for mountain bikers.
The facility follows signs for recycling collection, all information on site. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
For added comfort, you will find a courtesy kit with personal hygiene products, towel set and bed linen.
