In the hamlet Missano 4 km from the centre of Castiglione Chiavarese, in a secluded, quiet position, 16 km from the sea, directly by the stream, in a cul-de-sac, in the woods. For shared use: property with trees. In the house: storage room for bicycles, washing machine (for shared use). 1.8 km long narrow motor access to the house (300 m via unmade road). Stepped path to the house. Parking at the house. Restaurant 800 m, bar 4 km, bakery 4 km, bus stop 4 km, shingle beach "Riva Trigoso" 16 km. Nearby attractions: Sestri Levante 15 km, Moneglia 21 km, Varese Ligure 20 km. Please note: car recommended. Animals in the neighbourhood. The tap water has no drinking water quality.
