The vacation home "Vistas del Mar" is located in Playa Blanca and boasts a beautiful view of the Atlantic. The 140 m² property consists of a living room, a dining room decorated with antiques from the East, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Two of the bathrooms have a shower, while the one connected to the master bedroom has a whirlpool bath. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services, a fan, heating, a washing machine as well as children's books and toys. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.
The accommodation offers a private outdoor space with a pool, a garden and flower oasis, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a barbecue and an outdoor shower.

Excellent family villa!
This villa is ideal for families - it has 3 spacious bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a large open living/kitchen space leading straight onto the garden/pool area. We had everything we needed in the villa and the owner ensured we were settled and knew how to use everything on arrival. She was very considerate, sending us lots of links to activities and restaurants, many of which we followed. She was also flexible with our arrival and departure times ensuring we had an easy checkin and checkout. Any questions we had were promptly dealt with and it made for a relaxing, enjoyable stay.The villa itself is in a quiet area within a walk of a small supermarket and a short drive of everything else we needed.We’d definitely recommend to other families looking for an easy, relaxing stay in Lanzarote.

Ruhige schöne Lage und ein toller Gastgeber
Pros: Das Haus hatte einen Pool und wurde vom Gastgeber schon vor unserer Ankunft geheizt. Cons: Es fehlte ein Wäscheständer zum trocken der Handtücher und evtl einen Staubsauger für eine kleine Zwischenreinigung (vielleicht etwas zu pingelig aber so sind wir nunmal 😀) Es war trotzdem alles super und unproblematisch.

Das Blumenparadis
Pros: Gepflegtes, sauberes und schönes Haus mit schönem Ausblick und vielen Blumen, Vermieterin reagiert prompt und kümmert sich zuverlässig. Cons: Wir haben teilweise gefroren , da der Wintergarten zum Dach hin offen ist und somit das Haus ziemlich zugig ist. Heizen ist somit auch nicht möglich. Das Esszimmer ist an das Haus angebaut und kann nur von außen über die Terrasse und über die Einfahrt betreten werden. Es dient gleichzeitig auch als Durchgang für den Gärtner und den Poolreiniger . Eins der Schlafzimmer hat keinen Kleiderschrank, wir haben da aus dem Koffer gelebt. Die Wände zum Nachbarhaus leiten den Schall im hinteren Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer leider sehr gut weiter, Oropax schaffen da Abhilfe. Zwei Zimmer des Hauses werden von der Vermieterin privat genutzt und abgeschlossen. Auf dem alten verwittertem Holztisch draußen ist eine fleckige Stofftischdecke festgenagelt. Es ist Zeit, mal wieder mehr zu investieren.

Pros: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Susana was very helpful with advice and recommendations and she quickly responded to any queries that we had. The house is in a quiet area on the outskirts of Playa Blanca underneath Montaña Roja but still close to all services and amenities in the main resort. We would definitely stay here again if we were in this area and would recommend to family and friends. Thank you Susana for the welcoming Cava and also for the use of your delightful hats.
