On the ground floor there is the large living room overlooking the sea, as well as the kitchen. On the same floor there is a bedroom with a bed of 160 cm with sea view, and a large bathroom with a jacuzzi tub as well as a shower and wc. There is also a second bedroom with 2 beds of 90 cm each. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms, one with a bed of 160 cm with sea view and a small terrace, the second bedroom with 2 beds of 90 cm. They share a large bathroom with shower, and independent wc’s. In the garden, overlooking the pool there is an independent bedroom with a bed of 140 cm, and a bathroom with wc. At the end of the garden there is a second independent bedroom with bed of 140 cm, sea views, and bathroom with toilet. All bedrooms have blackout curtains. This villa is ideal for couples who want to be independent or a family with older children, that are ready to sleep in the two bedrooms located outside the main house,  and for young children. Outside you will find the Plancha Grill, 2 outdoor lounges, one in the shade the other in the sun, and the pool of 10 x 5 that can be closed off when traveling with young children. There is parking space for several cars on the property, behind the electrical gate.

Cancellation from the 42th calendar day (inclusive) until the 28th day (exclusive) before the day of arrival: 60% of the holiday home rental.
Cancellation from the 28th calendar day (inclusive) until the day of arrival: the full holiday home rental.
