Apartment is located in the city of Split, in one of the most beautiful and interesting neighborhoods, a few minutes walk from many beautiful beaches.

This modern, spacious (72 sqm) and well equipped apartment is situated in one of the most attractive and sought after neigbourhoods of Split, with some of the best restaurants, bars and beaches Split has to offer. The small apartment building was completed only in early 2023 and this is the first season for this wonderful apartment.
The apartment consists of a spacious fully appointed kitchen diner with an open space living room, as well as two double bedrooms. One has a king size double bed (180×200 cm) and an en suite bathroom with WC and shower. The other bedroom is a twin with an option for beds to be separated (90x200 cm) or joined together (180×200 cm). The apartment also has another bathroom with WC and shower, a laundry room and plenty of storage space.

The most attractive thing about this apartment, located on the third floor, is a huge sea view terrace of over 40 m2. The large sliding doors open up from the sitting room and the kitchen diner onto this terrace filled with flowers. You can admire the view of the islands or the sunset relaxing on one of the two chaise loungers, seated on the lounge set or one of the patio chairs.

The building is secure, with a video entry system, an elevator and a secure underground parking garage, where a spot is reserved for the apartment guests.

There are beautiful sandy and pebble beaches very close to apartment. The nearest, Firule beach, is only a couple of minutes walk away.

Several great restaurants and numerous bars are up to ten minutes walk away, a large supermarket, a pharmacy, open air cinema and even a hospital are only several hundred metres away. Walking to the old city centre of Split will take 15 to 20 minutes.
