Ruhige Lage, aber dennoch relativ zentral. Das Bad ist etwas klein, aber gerade noch ok. Ich habe mich insgesamt wohlgefühlt und komme gerne wieder. Es gibt zwei Bratpfannen. Bei der beschichteten Bratpfanne ist die Beschichtung stark beschädigt. Diese Pfanne sollte ausgetauscht werden. Bitte auch die Töpfe einmal überprüfen. Zum Teil springt die Emaille ab. Ein oder zwei weitere Trinkgläser wären nicht schlecht. Die Steckdose im Schlafzimmer in der Nähe der Tür, die mit dem Lichtschalter, ist etwas lose und sollte festgeschraubt werden. Das Licht an der Dunstabzugshaube ist defekt und sollte repariert werden. Ich habe den Mikrowellenherd gar nicht benutzt. Aber falls dieser irgendwann einmal ausgetauscht werden sollte, so schlage ich vor, ein Kombinationsgerät mit Backofen und Grill zu kaufen, da die Wohnung sonst keinen Backofen hat.
