Use the living room as a central meeting point for the family, as this is where cooking, eating, playing and relaxing come together. Enjoy the convenience of having patio doors on both sides of the living room so that it can be opened up completely in summer.

There are also terraces on both sides, so it feels like the house doubles in size when you open the patio doors to make the most of the sunshine. Settle down on the garden furniture, drink your steaming coffee and watch your children play and run around in the garden and on the trampoline.

Explore the surrounding area after a quiet start to the day. Look forward to the sandy beach of Munkerup. Here you can bury your feet in the sand, collect shells with your children and go for a swim.
