Very well equipped, winterproof house for 4 to 5 people with partial lake view.
Location: Only approx. 150 m linear distance from Stora Le on the outskirts of Nössemark (approx. 200 inhabitants), approx. 30 km north of Ed, approx. 4 km from the Norwegian border (visit the beautiful harbor town of Halden with good shopping opportunities).
General: The house is located on an approximately 1800 sqm meadow plot, it has a basement with two bedrooms and a combined living room and bedroom (through room).
On the ground floor there is a large living room with a fireplace and a covered south-facing terrace.
Furthermore shower & toilet, kitchen with dining area.
Stora Le: Access to the lake in approx. 300m at the bathing area and rowing boat with motor in approx. 600m at the jetty.
