Urlaub als Ehepaar März 2025

Es ist bezüglich Ausstattung, Umgebung und dazu Meerblick eine tolle Wohnung. Haben 14 Tage entspannten Urlaub verbracht und würden das gerne so wieder tun. Hatten einen Mietwagen um auch die schöne Insel näher kennen zu lernen. Mit dem Parkplatz war es manchmal ein Problem. Die Betreuung durch Herrn Passmann hat gut funktioniert.

Das Wohnumfeld ist anspruchsvoll und sehr gepflegt.Die FEWO lässt von der Ausstattung und der Meeresaussicht kaum Wünsche offen.Hatten einen Mietwagen um uns die Insel näher anzuschauen. genauer anzusehen .E

A3023 Cala Fornells

Das Appartement ist in guter Lage und man ist schnell am Strand. Parken kann man gut in der Straße und man findet auch immer etwas. Diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarere Nähe.Die Küche ist in Anbetracht der Größe wirklich super und funktional eingerichtet. Leider entsprechen die Bäder nicht mehr dem heutigen Standard. Die Fenster sind zum Teil "nicht" gut zu schließen und lassen doch den Wind herein. Im Sommer sicher kein großes Problem aber wenn man zur Winterzeit dort Urlaub verbringt wirds dann doch schnell sehr frisch. Klimaanlage die auch wärmt ist natürlich vorhanden. Sehr schade für die tolle Lage der Wohnung.

November 2024 - Ein schönes Zuhause

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit Meerblick, in weiß und beige gehalten, gemütlich, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, ohne Firlefanz, bequemes hohes Bett mit angenehm (relativ) harter Matratze, 2 Badezimmer und eine Badewanne waren für uns ein gerne genutzter Luxus. Es gibt gute Klimaanlagen zum Heizen (im November manchmal nötig) und einen qualitativ hochwertigen Fön. Nur wenige Stufen bis zur Wohnung, nur ca 10 Minuten Fußweg mit nur leichter Steigung (beim Heimweg). Für die Einkäufe, wir (Ehepaar 58 / 61 Jahre mit leichten körperlichen Einschränkungen = Knie/Rückenverletzung) sind 4 Wochen sehr gut ohne Auto ausgekommen. Netterweise durften wir schon am Vormittag - gleich nach der Landung/Ankunft in Cala Fornells - in das Appartement. Der Fernseher hat leider nicht funktioniert, aber wlan /Internetverbindung war immer möglich. Der Baustellenlärm in einer nahen Wohnanlage war ein Problem für uns, aber im Winter ist nun mal leider Bauzeit auf Mallorca und der Eigentümer ist uns kulanterweise finanziell entgegengekommen. Bei allen Anliegen wurden wir von Mollorcahome sehr gut betreut und haben auch unseren nächsten 4 -wöchigen Aufenthalt auf Mallorca dort gebucht. Anmerkung Mallorcahome: Besten Dank für diese sehr ausführliche und nette Bewertung. Es freu mich, dass Sie trotz der Beeinträchtigungen durch die gegenüberliegende Baustelle Ihre Zeit geniessen konnten und ich bedanke mich für Ihr Verständnis sowie die immer sehr freundliche Kommunikation.

Kurztripp 2024

Tolle Ferienwohnung in super ruhiger und entspannter Lage. Schlüsselübergaben waren super freundlich und unkompliziert. Sauberkeit war leider zunächst nicht 100%ig gegeben, wurde aber umgehend nachgebessert. Ebenso fehlte es leider zunächst an Staubsauger und einem funktionsfähigen Föhn, den wir leider gar nicht mehr erhalten haben. Bei dem warmen Wetter aber für uns nicht weiter tragisch gewesen. Anmerkung Mallorcahome: Lieber Herr Heese, besten Dank für Ihre nette Rückmeldung. Es tut mit leid, dass es mit dem Nachreichen des Föns und Staubsaugers nicht mehr geklappt. Sie dürfen in solchen Fällen gerne immer nachhaken oder sich auch bei mir melden. Das ist sicherlich in der Hektik der Sommersaison schlichtweg vergessen worden. Herzliche Grüße, Suzanne Metz
