The apartment is located adjacent to the nature reserve on La Olta mountain in Calpe.
It is particularly suitable for tenants who like to go on mountain hikes - or are looking for a quiet place to spend the winter in Spain.
The apartment is in the basement of a two-family house. There is a living-bedroom (with air conditioning), 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom,
small terrace.
It could be possible that the apartment on the upper floor is also occupied.
Car parking space available on the property.
The house does not have a pool.

The house is located on the edge of the Calpe nature reserve. There are wonderful hiking trails in the area.
