Haus Nr. 39 am Greune Stee Weg: zur Wohnung auf dem 2. Stock gelangt man über relativ steile 31 Treppenstufen, bis zum Öffnen der Wohnungstür: Ein ansehnlicher Raum öffnet sich, eingerichtet mit jeweils einer Zone für Küche und Bad, für Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer. Alle Einrichtungen für Küche, Bad, Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer vertragen sich ausgezeichnet mit den Dachschrägen, 4 große Dachfenster, verschiedene gemütliche Sitzgelegenheiten, ein rustikaler Ess- und "Arbeitstisch". Die Küche natürlich mit Kühlschrank, Wasser- Kocher, Toaster, elektrische Kochplatte, und all dem, was man in der Küche braucht, Töpfe, Geschirr, Besteck, nichts fehlt, alles einfach gut, und funktionell; eine Wohlfühl-Unterkunft. Die Beleuchtung der Wohnung ist nicht zu übertreffen, für jeden Teil des Raumes gibt es eine separate Beleuchtung, gemeinsam schaltbar für die gesamte Wohnung, oder auch 3 zusätzliche Lampen für eine richtig gemütliche Atmosphäre Aus den Fenstern guckt man in die einzigartige Borkum Landschaft.

Die Ferienwohnung „Südstrandoase“ ist sehr schön für einen ruhigen Urlaub zu zweit. Uns hat die Lage etwas abseits vom trubeligen Hauptstrand sehr gut gefallen. Mit Fahrrad, bzw. zu Fuß konnte man alles gut erreichen.
