DESCRIPTION OF THE FACILITY AND SURROUNDINGS:

The flat is located in an attractive part of Żoliborz, with a well-developed urban infrastructure. The large number of shops, service establishments and restaurants in the vicinity will ensure that our guests will have everything they need during their stay. They will be able to stock up on necessary groceries and daily necessities at the Auchan supermarket, which is only 350 metres away. The vicinity of the flat is very well connected to other parts of the city, thanks to numerous tram and bus stops. The nearest of these are only 120 metres away. A metro station is also available nearby (1 km), which will make getting around the capital much easier. The surrounding restaurants and cafés offer a wide range of dishes from all over the world, each of our guests will be able to choose something for themselves here. 800 metres from the building there is a restaurant called Gniazdo Piratów (Pirates' Nest), a sailing tavern. There is also the "Sady" Milk Bar (900 m), Burger House (1 km), PoByku Kitchen Bar (1.4 km). The nearest café, Sady Cafe, offers aromatic coffee and is located only 1.2 km away. Near the flat there are green areas, such as the Olszyna Park (750 m) where you can stroll along atmospheric alleys and take a moment's respite from the hustle and bustle of the city. On the banks of the Vistula River there is Żoliborz Beach which will be an unusual attraction during your stay in such a big city. For those travelling by plane, the proximity of Warsaw-Babice Airport (6.6 km), which can be easily reached by public transport, will be an advantage.

The flat consists of a living room, a kitchenette, a balcony and a bathroom. Its multimedia equipment includes a modern TV with SmartTV function and WIFI internet access. The spacious living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed, a desk, a chest of drawers and a TV. There is also a table with chairs, where our guests will be able to comfortably eat meals together and have a good time. The modern kitchenette is fully equipped with all necessary utensils for preparing meals. Numerous amenities are available, such as a fridge with freezer, dishwasher, tea and coffee making facilities and a microwave oven. The cosy bathroom has a shower, hairdryer, towels and toiletries.
