Nestled within the charming countryside and just a short distance from Beynac's iconic castle, this characteristic stone house offers a delightful view of the surroundings. Positioned close to the stream of the walnut-oil producing mill owned by the same proprietor, it stands within 700 m of Beynac's centre.



On the ground floor you’ll encounter a well-appointed kitchen and laundry facilities along with a living room that opens onto the terrace with mill views. Adjacent to the living area, there's a dining section with a pool table. There is one bedroom and bathroom on this floor. The first floor houses the remaining bedrooms and bathrooms.



Outdoors, the property sprawls across land on different levels. It includes terraces, a stone barbecue, a courtyard with outdoor furniture, and a private fenced pool (8m x 4m) secured by an alarm system. Please note, there is an active mill producing olive oil in the vicinity.



This stone house provides a peaceful and comfortable haven, perfectly situated to explore the wonders of Beynac and its enchanting surroundings.



The house is situated in the countryside but not secluded, within 700 m from the town centre and the famous castle: Le Château de Beynac. Also nearby are the gardens of Marqueyssac, La Roque Gageac and Sarlat.
