Outside, the property offers enclosed grounds with a shaded terrace. Additionally, a private pool measuring 11m x 5.50m with submerged stairs, sun loungers, and deck chairs awaits guests for leisurely moments.



Note: The villa is positioned along the D9 road leading to Cavillargues village, where guests can conveniently access local shops.





You can easily reach tourist sites such as: the Pont du Gard, the Cascades du Sautadet, the Concluses de Lussan, the Duchy of the city of Uzès. A little further you will discover the caves of the Aven d'Orgnac, the Gorges of the Ardèche.
