Summary:
The rental price must be paid by bank transfer. In addition to the displayed price, the following expenses are to pay in cash upon arrival:

- Booking fee 51 €
- Inscription fee 5 €/person
- Bed linen/towels 18 € / person / set (mandatory)
- Internet 10 €/week
- Guarantee 300 € (will be refunded within 1 week after departure)

In july/august the electricity is included in the rental price till 100 kwh/week; between september - june is included 65 kwh/week - and water till 15 cbm/week (more consumption is to pay).

The Space:
Luxurious villa with fantastic panoramic views and private pool.

The house is located in a very quiet residential area (dead end) in Calpe, La Cometa.
It has a spacious, wonderfully landscaped property with Mediterranean plants. There are various seats where you can retreat and relax.
By the pool there is a large sun terrace and a beautiful pool house for cozy get-togethers.

The main apartment has a spacious, comfortably furnished living-dining room with an American kitchen (fully equipped, with dishwasher), 2 bedrooms (each with air conditioning), 1 bathroom.
From the living area you have access to a covered terrace with a beautiful summer kitchen and wonderful panoramic views as well as a covered terrace on the other side of the house.

In the basement (on pool level) there is a studio with a small living room, kitchen, bathroom and 1 bedroom (with air conditioning) - this can be rented additionally for an additional charge (see supplement for 5th and 6th person).

There is a washing machine with dryer and a Weber kettle grill.

The property is completely fenced and has a car parking space (with electric sliding gate).

Overall, a comfortably furnished and highly recommended property.
