The ground floor of this holiday home features a comfortable living area equipped with air-conditioning. The kitchen area, fitted with modern amenities, seamlessly connects to the outdoors through two glass doors.



Outside, the property provides an unfenced garden with garden seats and outdoor furniture. A wooden terrace beneath an oak tree is furnished with garden furniture and a relaxing hammock.



An open space outdoors hosts a hot tub and sauna. The private heated pool, (12m x 6m), is secured by an electric safety cover and surrounded by a wooden pool terrace, ensuring a delightful space for relaxation and recreation amidst the natural beauty of the surroundings.



The house is located in the countryside 200 m from a small hamlet and 3.5 km from the village of Castelnaud-la-Chapelle and its castle and the nearest shops.
