PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

This wonderful luxury villa with private pool is located on a fully fenced plot of 2,500 m2 and is located in the small town of Reburići, not far from Labin. Our guests can enjoy wonderful views of the sea, the Raška Canal and the vast green interior of Istria. The villa itself has a large lawn area suitable for various sporting activities and for walking your pets, which are welcome with us.

The villa can accommodate 11 people in 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are on the first floor, one on the ground floor and another in a separate building by the pool in the garden. In the living area on the ground floor there are also 3 more sleeping accommodations on 2 sofa beds.

All bedrooms are comfortable, modernly furnished with king-size beds (200x210cm), air conditioning and a large TV. The two bedrooms on the first floor have a spacious shared terrace with a phenomenal view of the entire landscape.

On the fully air-conditioned ground floor there is a living room with dining area and a fully equipped kitchen as well as a guest toilet. The cozy living area has a large, modern television. A large glass wall leads to a covered terrace where there is a stone grill and sink as well as a large table for dining and socializing.

The villa has a large pool of 11 x 5 m, and there is also a lawn with loungers. In the pool itself there are jets that replace the whirlpool and a counter-current swimming facility that allows recreational swimming. There are also 4 parking spaces within the fenced property, two of which are covered.
