Take this listing off expedia I never received email from Expedia, Vrbo or Novasol on how to gain access to the apartment. I tried to call for support but did not get any. I tried a live chat and this did not help at all. Luckly the owner apartment came by and gave me access to the apartment. This was by pure chance I even ran into the owner of this apartment. Furthermore the unit was not cleaned before check in nor was it ever cleaned during my stay. Please take this listing off expedia, vrbo and novasol.
