Apartment 'Ferienhaus Bianca' with Lake View, Private Terrace and Shared Garden

Welcome to Ferienhaus Bianca in Plau am See.

The double holiday home, renovated in 2016, is located in a very scenic area and is about 100 meters from Lake Plau.

During your stay, a semi-detached house with terrace is completely at your disposal. There is ample parking and space for canoes, paddle boats and bicycles.

The new, modern kitchen is specially designed for self-catering. A fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine are included. In the living area, you can enjoy a cozy evening watching TV on the couch or in the armchair. There is also space to play at the new modern pull-out table with chairs. There is a shower room in the completely new sanitary area. The bungalow has two bedrooms. One is furnished with a double bed and the other with a single bed.

The very nice terrace area (20 square meters) invites you to linger with its terrace furniture, parasol and sun loungers. A barbecue is available for barbecue evenings. The semi-detached house is located in a holiday home area and is free from through traffic. Peace and relaxation can be enjoyed. The second semi-detached house is rented out by the same provider.

The free bathing area is approx. 100 meters from the house. The very clean lake has a gently sloping shore and a sandy beach with a sunbathing lawn.
Plau am See with the harbor, its new harbor promenade with observation tower and the passenger boat, the lift bridge, the church, the castle tower, the restaurants and cafes, as well as all shopping facilities is about 1 km from the house. The town can be reached quickly on foot, by bike, on horseback or by carriage.

Charges for electricity apply and will be deducted from the deposit on departure. Bed linen and towels can be booked from the host for a fee.
