Paradise

I found this little piece of heaven on a website 3 yrs ago and had it down on our bucket list and it was only this April that our schedules and availability was such that we could visit...and was it worth the wait? Absolutely! The location is idyllic..we were thrilled with this little gem on the peninsula of Skiathos. Rita is truly adorable, kind thoughtful (she even left milk, homemade marmalade & bread on arrival - we landed late)and inspiring and so welcoming that we felt at home before we had even got there. But the peace, the lush greenery of flowers, fruit trees, the lapping of the sea it's a cocktail for your senses which makes you feel relaxed and calm...how we both felt was that we were born again...truly a magical place and if you want to take that deepest breath amongst all the chaos in your life this is the place..words will never do this justice just know that there is a little piece of heaven and you will have a wonderful time here.

sehr schöner Urlaub

Wir hatten zwei wunderbar ruhige Wochen in unserer Unterkunft . Wer keinen Hoteltrubel mag ist hier richtig aufgehoben! Frau Harkort war einer sehr sympathische, hilfsbereite Gastgeberin!

Tranquil Getaway Spot

Very nice size accommodation with three terraces to sit on. We used the one at the back mostly because of the amazing views! There were a lot of steps to access the property and even more down to the small private beach - well worth the effort but if you have limited mobility - like my husband - a difficult access. I could not use the internet at all - the mobile modem was out of data and needed renewing and the other modem I could not find an appropriate password for it. The shower was very good and the kitchen had more than adequate equipment to cook if you wanted to. Communication with Rita was somewhat limited - although she was very happy to help I felt she struggled to understand me. Certainly an amazing lady and very kind. Overall the property was good - could do with updating a bit but nothing to deter from the idyllic situation - and yes - you do need a car if you are not young and fit to walk to the main road to access the bus to town and the supermarkets.

Kleines Paradies unter griechischer Sonne

Die Villa ist das Beste, was man sich als Griechenlandurlauber wünschen kann - idyllisch gelegen, ruhig, mit großem, liebevoll angelegten Garten, herrlichem Meerblick von drei Terrassen und einem kurzem Weg durch den Garten runter zum Privatstrand. Selten so eine gute Ausstattung erlebt - von dichten Mückengittern bis Bücherregal war alles vorhanden. Zum Entspannen perfekt. Liebe Rita, auch wegen deiner Gastfreundschaft würden wir jederzeit wiederkommen.

Rita’s Paradise

We recently stayed at this lovely quaint villa for 3 weeks, we were met at the easy to find villa by Rita, who lives next door and who showed us around, the villa is fully equipped with everything you need and Rita provides you with her own garden grown vegetables, there are different terraces among the beautiful gardens all with sea views, then you walk down the steps to the private beach, bear in mind they are quite steep and lots of them but if Rita can scale them then anyone can. The villa is a 5 minute walk from Kanapitsa beach, where the water taxi is located that goes into Skiathos on the hour. Best of all is that No1 Restaurant on the island Johnny’s is a 15 minute walk, I must say we ate there a lot of times in our 3 weeks and every meal was outstanding. I would definitely recommend going to this beautiful villa and meting the adorable Rita 🙂 We will return one day soon.

Paradise from home

This is mine and my husbands 2nd visit to this amazing villa having stayed here last year and been so blown away by its beauty and peacefulness. As we lead busy lives we need somewhere to escape life and recharge and This little piece of paradise ticks all our boxes. The villa, its grounds, and the amenities are perfect if you are looking to get away from it all and recharge allowing you to return home completely rested (if not a little depressed at having to leave) The private beach is perfect, and we spent every day there, relaxing in privacy with stunning surroundings. The location is perfect- it is 5 mins walk from a lovely taverna and a beach which offers all the water sports you could wish for, and where the water taxi stops every 30 minutes to take you into skiathos town (no better way to travel) If however you are like me and my husband and feel that some days you don't want to leave the villa grounds (and why would you want to leave such a paradise we struggled!) then you can order anything you want from the local supermarket and they will deliver!! Finally this review wouldn't be complete without mentioning the beautiful owner 'Rita' she is wonderful, both me and my husband have grown extremely fond of her and it would be difficult not to! She cannot do enough for you and is a delight to to talk to with her wealth of wisdom. Rita grows all her own fruit and vegetables and is more than happy to share her freshly picked produce with you, we regularly found doorstep deliveries of fresh tomatoes, cucumber, lemons, plums, and new potatoes! She is a very special lady. We have already booked to go back next year (2018) and will continue to return every year for as long as we possibly can. I cannot recommend this little piece of paradise enough - it is truly amazing!! Nicola and Andrew

Perfekter Hideaway-Urlaub

Absolut perfekt für Ruhesuchende - Gepflegtes Häuschen, wunderschöner Gemüsegarten, schöne Terassen ... Jeden Tag aufs Neue war es ein wunderschöner Weg durch den Garten die alten Steintreppen runter, wo der kleine und bezaubernde Privatstrand mit Liegen und Hängematten und glasklarem Wasser auf uns wartete. Unbedingt Schnorchelset mitnehmen!!! Wer mal in die Stadt möchte, nimmt einfach die Fähre in die Stadt, wo immer etwas los ist. Die Einheimischen sind äußerst freundlich, keine gespielte Freundlichkeit; Der absolute Hammer ist die Vermieterin Rita, einer der unglaublichsten Menschen, die man kennenlernen kann. Mehrmals pro Woche durften wir Zuccini, Tomaten, Gurken, Kartoffeln, Himbeeren und Co aus ihrem Garten haben. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder - es vergeht kein Tag, an dem wir nicht an diese herrlichen drei Wochen zurückdenken.

Urlaub im Garten Eden

Seit wir vor vier Jahren zum ersten Mal hier waren, zieht es uns immer wieder hin. Wenn wir nicht da sind, haben wir Sehnsucht nach dem Ort. Das Haus liegt in einem Blumenparadies, schon vor dem Frühstück kann man durch den Garten hinunter zum Meer gehen, um am privaten kleinen Strand zu schwimmen. Man blickt auf die besiedelte Küste der Insel, befindet sich aber selbst in vollkommen ruhiger Lage. Zu Fuß fünf Minuten bis zum Kanapitsa-Strand mit Bootsverleih und Taverne (für den Abend besser reservieren), zehn Minuten bis zum Supermarkt (in der Stadt, nach dem Abzweig zum Flughafen, ist es billiger). Auch wenn man den ganzen Tag rund um die Villa Hibiscus verbringen kann, ist ein Auto zumindest für einen Teil des Urlaubs empfehlenswert. Wir wissen schon jetzt, dass wir wiederkommen werden.

Ein wirkliches Paradies !

Vor unserem Urlaubsantritt haben wir die bisherigen Bewertungen mit großem Interesse gelesen und gehofft, dass die dadurch geweckte große Erwartungshaltung zumindest zu einem Teil erfüllt wird. Was sollen wir schreiben..........die bisherigen Urlauber in der Villa Panoraki haben selbst in den kleinsten Punkten nicht übertrieben. Was wir vorgefunden haben, war eine Oase der Ruhe und ein Garten Eden der Schönheit. Hinzu kam noch die besondere Herzlichkeit der Vermieterin, der wir auf diesem Wege viele liebe Grüsse übersenden und uns für den wunderschönen Urlaub bedanken möchten.

Nur Superlative sind angesagt.....

Die Villa Panoraki ist ein Ort, an dem man sich vom ersten Augenblick an "zuhause" und wohl fühlt. Die Vermieterin ist wunderbar unkompliziert und verwöhnt ihre Gäste mit vielem. Mal sind es die Blumen, mal die Früchte ihres fülligen Gartens, vor allem aber immer mit ihrer humorvollen Leichtigkeit. Die Insel selber ist atemberaubend in ihrer Vielseitigkeit der Vegetation und Landschaft. Wir konnten uns gar nicht satt genug sehen. Hier kann die Seele baumeln, das Herz aufgehen und sich mit Freude füllen. Wassersport, Wandern, einfach nur mal da sein.... für jeden ist etwas dabei. Skiathos - Stadt bietet auch den Nachtschwärmern ihren Spaß. Wir allerdings habe die Ruhe und das "Für - uns - sein " genossen. Wir wünschen uns sehr, noch einmal nach dem irdischen "Garten Eden" zurückkehren zu können. Unvergesslich - wunderschön - einzigartig Wir sind dankbar Brigitte und Johannes

Strand und Blütenparadies

Ich habe im September 2009 meinen Urlaub in Panoraki verbracht. Schon am Flugplatz wurde ich von der Eigentümerin mit einer Hibiskusblüte begrüßt. Die Ankunft in Panoraki, war eine Offenbarung an Schönheit und mediterranen Farben. Inmitten eines Blumenparadieses, liegt dieses Kleinod mit Blick zum türkisfarbenen Meer hin. Zur Begrüßung gab es eine Flasche Wein, Obst und Gemüse aus eigenem Garten. In der geschmackvoll eingerichteten kleinen Villa, fühlte ich mich gleich wohl. Ich legte mein Gepäck ab und lief durch den verwunschenen Garten hinunter zur eigenen Badebucht mit Liegebetten, Schatten- und Sonnenplätzen. Am Abend auf der Terrasse, konnte ich beobachten, wie ein goldener Mond mitten aus dem Meer aufstieg und alles in ein besonderes Licht hüllte. Deshalb komme ich sicher wieder. Jeder kann hier sein eigenes Paradies entdecken.

ein kleines Paradies

Ich war schon das 3. Mal an diesem heimeligen Ort. Das kleine Haus ist gemütlich und max mit 2 Personen zu bewohnen. Dafür gibt es unzählige Terrassenplätze rund um das Haus, wo sich zu für jeden Sonnenstand das passende Plätzchen findet. Und überall diese prächtigen Blumen: Geranien, Oleander, Petunien und viels mehr. Es duftet nach Blumen, Kräutern und frischem Obst.Und die notwendige Abkühlung findet man unter der Gartendusche. Über eine recht steile Treppe geht es runter zum Privatstrand. ein Tag in der Hängematte jenseits voller Strände ist der pure Luxus und Entspannung ist garantiert. Die Insel ist grün und abwechslungsreich, hat tolle kleine Buchten. Das kleine Städtchen - wirklich idyllisch per Boot zu erreichen - bietet alles, was man braucht. Eien ebenso schöne Zeit wünscht ich allen weiteren Gästen. Ina

hervorragend

Wir, Dieter u. Ilona haben uns bei der Dame, die dieses Paradies auf Erden erschaffen hat, wohlbehütet, umsorgt, verpflegt mit eigenen Produkuten aus dem wunderschönen Garten Eden, welcher uns gleichzeitig den Weg zum eigenen naturbelassenen Strand zeigte. Wir sind junggebliebene Greise 55. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Ein sehr gutes Restaurant war 200 m weit. Auto ist empfehlenswert.
