Welcome to this bright and family-friendly apartment, which not only promises you plenty of space, but also creates a pleasant atmosphere with its practical furnishings and classic wooden furniture. Feel completely at ease and get cooking in the kitchen and get together to eat or lounge on the sofa in the living room. From here you can access the large balcony.

From the third floor, you have a beautiful view over the city as far as the sea. You can also enjoy the residential complex's communal pool, where you can relax and refresh yourself after your excursions.

The location in La Zenia is ideal for both a beach and a cultural vacation. Important towns in the area include Murcia, Alicante and Cartagena, as well as the beaches of Campoamor and Cabo Roig. Also worth seeing are the famous salt lakes, such as the pink lagoon near Torrevieja and Mar Menor further south. Sports enthusiasts can also play golf or enjoy water sports nearby and simply indulge in their vacation.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2024; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 10.00 per person, or bring their own.
