This charming 3-room apartment spans 65 square meters of living space and can accommodate up to 4 people. It is part of a chalet with two apartments. The apartment is distinguished by its cozy wooden furnishings that create a wonderful indoor climate and was last renovated in 2019, with updates to both the bathroom and kitchen. It features an open kitchen that flows seamlessly into the living and dining area, as well as a bathroom, two enclosed bedrooms, a storage room, and a terrace with a garden. The living room has a cozy seating area for relaxation. Adjacent to it is the dining area and the newly equipped kitchen, complete with a refrigerator, freezer compartment, dishwasher, ceramic hob, and a Nespresso-coffee machine. The bedrooms offer a comfortable box spring bed (180x200 cm) for two people and a bunk bed (2 x 90x200 cm) in the second room. The freshly renovated bathroom features a large shower, sink, and toilet. The apartment is non-smoking but accommodates guests with pets and comes with Wi-Fi. The terrace is an invitation to enjoy the tranquility and the panoramic view. Mobility is ensured by the nearby bus stop "Amden, Brugg," and there are two parking spaces available in front of the house.

The apartment Bergdohle in scenic Amden, located above Lake Walensee in Eastern Switzerland, offers a quiet location above the village center. Situated on the first floor of a chalet, guests can enjoy a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains thanks to its elevated hillside position. Despite its idyllic tranquility, the village center with restaurants, supermarkets, a café with a bakery, an indoor pool, and the chairlift station is just a maximum 15-minute walk away, making the apartment ideal for excursions into the village.

Amden and Weesen offer a perfect combination of southern beach atmosphere at Lake Walensee and an alpine climate between the peaks of Leistchamm and Speer in summer. The range of activities is accordingly diverse. Here, wonderful hiking trails of all difficulty levels, charming family hiking paths, beautiful panoramic views from numerous vantage points, or secluded bathing spots by the mountain stream or Lake Walensee beckon. An attractive children's playground by the Rombach or the family-friendly indoor pool are within walking distance of the apartment. In winter, Amden and Arvenbüel are popular skiing areas for families. The renowned Swiss Ski School has a branch in Arvenbüel. The Mattstock chairlift is a few hundred meters from the house. The winter landscapes around Flügenspitz also invite you to explore numerous winter hiking trails and snowshoe routes. Amden is the perfect starting point to explore the region. Whether it's the cities of Zurich, St. Gallen, Lucerne, and Chur or the recreational regions of Heidiland, Glarnerland, and Lake Zurich: everything is easily and quickly accessible by public transport or car. Our tip: Enjoy the magnificent sunrise from Mattstogg (also known as Mattstock). Make sure you start your hike early to arrive at the summit in time for sunrise. The experience is incomparable.
