Perfect party location until early morning

It's a pretty old apartment that received some touch-up. It was clean when we arrived, although the dish-washer was stinky and not functioning. There are only some transparent curtains, no shades. So great for early birds. I would like to add that you need to be early bird and night owl, as the pub below has loud music and partying people until 4am. So you have to be a quick sleeper and make use of the sleep window from 4am to 5am when the sun rises (no blinds). On the positive side you get the full pub atmosphere in the apartment, as the it's an old building with wooden floors, so the music experience from the pub is great as a bonus the cigarette smoke comes through the cracks as well. Our kids needed some sleep so we left earlier. No reaction from the owner to our comments or how to solve this in a positive manner. So my recommendation, if you have other options, use them.
