Bungalows for 4 persons, with free WiFi, large common pool and private garden and covered barbecue 5-bungalow property with large pool.
Near the pine-forest behind Roche in a quiet surrounding, abt. 5min by car from Conil and the beautiful beaches, you’ll find two attached bungalows (2x2) and one single house of each abt. 65m2. They are built around a private swimming-pool-area with outdoor-furniture to relax in the sun and with showers.
The pool is abt. 6m x 10m large and 1,0m to 1,9m deep.

Each of the five houses has: 2 bedrooms with two singlebeds each, an open plan kitchen with washing-machine, refrigerator with freezing-compartment, microwave. The bathroom has a tub and bidet. In the living-room there are 2 sofas, a fireplace and a TV. Two of the four houses dispose of international SAT-TV, the other two houses have local Spanish TV-channels. Therefore SAT-TV on request !! Electrical-heating and a cot can been supplied on demand. Furthermore every house has a small own fenced garden with a lawn, own garden-furniture for four persons and a nice outdoor-kitchen with barbecue.

Praktische Ferienwohnung mit schönem kleinen Garten und Grill.
Nette Ferienwohnung mit gepflegtem Allgemein-Pool. Wir hatten unter anderem Temperaturen von über 40 Grad - da waren die Nächte ohne Klimaanlage doch sehr heiß. Die Gartenmöbel auf beiden Seiten des Hauses sind je nach Sonnenstand wählbar, der Grill mit Waschbecken draußen sind klasse.

10 días en Casa Marín
La casa acogedora y muy limpia, con todo el menaje necesario,la piscina muy cuidada y limpia,lugar muy tranquilo en el campo,,a pocos kms de las playas.Lugar fabuloso para venir con niños. Como sugerencia para mejorar ,yo pondría mosquiteras en las ventanas y ventiladores de techo,los de pié que nos pusieron son muy ruidosos.Volveríamos encantados ya que hemos estado muy agusto.

Danke für die schönen Tage
Ankommen, rein kommen, wohlfühlen! So empfing uns das kleine Ferienhaus Casa Marin 1. Schon beim Betreten der familienfreundlichen Anlage empfing uns ein äußerst gepflegtes Ambiente. Unser gebuchtes Ferienhaus hatte alles, was man benötigt. Außenküche mit Grill und fließend Wasser und eine kleine Terrasse am Eingang luden zum Verweilen ein. Wie üblich auf dem Lande in Spanien hörte man nachts Nachbarn feiern zeitweise Hunde bellen und sogar die Hähne krähen am Morgen später. Wir verbrachten wunderschöne Urlaubstage und freuen uns schon jetzt auf ein Wiedersehen mit Isabell und Pepe Marin im nächsten Jahr.

Voila nous sommes revenus de notre séjour à Casa Marin à Conil ou nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Merci beaucoup a PéPé et sa femme qui vous acceuillent et qui sont présent en cas de pepins, en un mot se sont des gens merveilleux. Pour votre location, il n\'y a rien a redire, tout était parfait. Peut etre beaucoup de chiens qui aboient la nuit.

Una casa estupenda y al detalle, no le falta de nada... Ha sido una estancia ideal, y la piscina muy bonita y muy limpia. El único inconveniente,para el que no cuente con ello, es que se necesita el coche para todo. Pero a nosotros,no nos ha supuesto mi gun problema,ya contábamos con ello. Isabel, muy agradable!

Una casa estupenda y al detalle, no falta de nada, casa muy completa! La recomiendo 100% , me encantará poder repetir! La piscina ideal, super limpia, cómo el resto de la casa, y los jardines preciosos, fantásticos para pasar el rato! Ysi le tengo que poner algún fallo, es que se necesita el coche para todo, pero ya contaba con ello y no me ha supuesto ningún roblema... Gracias por todo!!

vacaciones 2014
Un lugar excepcional en una ubicacíon maravillosa. Estuvimos este año de vacaciones 15 días y nos hemos llevado muy buen sabor de boca.Tanto la casa como las instalaciones de la finca se ven muy nuevas y muy bien cuidadas, a las casa no le falta detalle, sobretodo en cuestión de menaje, estaba completísima, ni una sartén u olla oxidada o estropeada. El lugar es precioso, tranquilo y a la vez cerca de todo, con sólo coger el coche a 5min estás en conil. Nosotros sin duda repetiremos y esperamos que pueda ser muy pronto!

Hidden holiday oasis
Beautifully maintained and managed holiday bungalows with lovely good sizes clean pool. This location is ideal for a relaxing stay and is easily reached from Jerez de la Frontera airport also close to t wonderful beaches and shops if that's what you seek. Recommended already without hesitation to friends and other members of our family. Will certainly book again!

La casa es pequeñita y austera. Las camas de uno de los cuartos son bastante incomodas y se echa en falta una cama de matrimonio.La piscina es compartida pero es bastante grande.El pueblo esta a 6-7 min en coche.El trato con los propietarios correcto,pero las clausulas de la agencia (Jörg und Ute Thies)impone con el contratode la casa son abusivas , ridiculas y una tomadura de pelo.

Estuvimos la última semana de julio de 2014 y la pena es que sólo pudimos estar una semana! la casa tiene la ubicación perfecta, muy cerca de las calas de Roche y de Conil. Está muy limpia, y en muy buen estado. La recomiendo sin dudarlo. Es una maravilla el llegar de la playa y poder disfrutar de la piscina! Sin dudar, si volvemos allí de vacaciones esperemos que podamos volver a esta casa. olga

Nuestra estancia en Casa Marin en Agosto 2014
la semana que hemos pasado en Casa Martín ha sido maravillosa. La casa tiene todas las comodidades que puedes desear, todo decorado con un gusto exquisito a la vez que sencillo. Todo estaba muy limpio y además Isabel ha atendido cualquier petición que la hemos hecho. Íbamos varias familias ocupando 4 de las 5 casas y nos hemos encontrado eso como "en casa". El jardín y la piscina han sido de las partes que mas hemos frecuentado y son muy bonitos y acogedores. La ubicación es también ideal muy tranquilo y a la vez muy cerca de una de las playas mejores que hemos conocido. Estamos encantados con nuestra experiencia y no descartamos poder volver en otra ocasión. Por poner un !Ay! Echamos de menos un lavavajillas pero de verdad estuvimos muy agusto.

Estancia perfecta para disfrutar de Cádiz
Llevamos veraneando en Casa Marín desde hace casi 15 años ... cuando solo había una casa (ahora son 5). Sitio perfecto para descansar, rodeado de pinos y con acceso a playas a 10 minutos: abstengase el que quiera ruido de motos, pubs y bares cercanos, fiestas y demás. La casa siempre limpia, con los muebles y accesorios domésticos imprescindibles y necesarios. En cuanto a los propietarios (Pepe Isabel e hijos) ya los conocemos desde hace mucho tiempo: trato cercano y y servicio excelente.
