Completed in 2023, this very modern fully air-conditioned villa in the mountains of El Ràfol d'Almúnia offers a relaxed atmosphere with fantastic mountain views. The infinity pool (8 x 4 x 1.6 meters) with spacious terrace with barbecue area offers pure relaxation and tranquillity. On the roof terrace you can enjoy the view to the sea.

The ground floor living area is open plan, with a living area with a comfortable sofa and armchairs. An LED TV with soundbar & streaming TV provides entertainment in the evening.

Due to the altitude, there are fantastic views of the mountains of the Serra de Segària. Down in the valley you can see the town of Pego, where at night the lights look like a collection of glittering diamonds. On the other side, the view down to the Costa Blanca with the blue sea.
