Together with a group of friends or your extended family, you can make yourself at home in this charming house near the old watermill. Each bedroom has its own kitchenette, bathroom and individual furnishings and decoration. Nothing stands in the way of a shared vacation with privacy. In the large communal kitchen, you can enjoy each other's company and good food.

You can also explore the beautiful surroundings of the 19th century watermill. Enjoy the atmosphere with the charm of the past, but with the comfort of today and come together for entertaining evenings in the barbecue hut.

Swim in the stream, cast your fishing rod and explore the surrounding hiking trails. The towns of Maubeuge and Louvroil with all their urban amenities, such as train station, highways, supermarkets and museums, are just a few minutes away by car or bike. The picturesque Avesnois Nature Park with its hiking trails through the forest landscape past villages and farms offers you the perfect setting for your hikes and bike rides.
