Vacation home 'La Farniente' with swimming pool
Located 3 minutes from both naturist and non-naturist beaches, in the heart of the Médoc Natural Park between Soulac and Montalivet, facing Euronat,
The property is very bright and well insulated. It features a fully enclosed, secluded swimming pool measuring 10m x 5m, equipped with sun loungers, a garden lounge, tables, and garden chairs for 6 people.
The pool, located at the back of the house, is available to guests from April to October, Monday to Saturday, from 10 AM to 7 PM.
At the front, the terrace - very peaceful - overlooks a landscaped 600 m² garden with a BBQ, garden lounge, and parasol.
The interior of the house has been completely renovated: new bedding, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and separate toilets.
A spacious living area can be converted into a second bedroom, thanks to a high-quality sofa bed that offers practical and comfortable sleeping arrangements for 2 people.
This property is ideal for a family of 4/5 people.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
Parties are not allowed.
