Ruhig und gut gelegen
Wir waren als Familie mit drei Erwachsenen in der Unterkunft. Zum Erkunden der Gegend sehr gut gelegen und trotz der Nähe zum Flughafen sehr ruhig. Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf sind auch fußläufig erreichbar. Allerdings können wir die Unterkunft nur für zwei Personen empfehlen, das Sofa ist für einen Erwachsenen als Schlafplatz nicht wirklich geeignet. Auch der Balkon bietet nur zwei Stühle. Es ist genug Stauraum vorhanden und die Ausstattung ist gut. Treppenstufen dürfen für den Gast kein Hindernis sein. Der Auftakt unseres Aufenthaltes war ein wenig holprig, weil der Schlüssel in Dinard abgeholt werden musste und die benötigten Informationen erst nach Lesen des ausgehändigtem Booklet vollständig verfügbar waren (Parkplatz in der Annonce und im Booklet widersprüchlich, demzufolge bei Ankunft besetzt und die Agentur konnte nicht helfen). Auch in Sachen Sauberkeit ist noch Luft nach oben (Spinnenweben an den Fenstern, Vogelkot auf dem Balkon, Staubsauger soll von jedem Gast bei Auszug geleert werden - leider war das bereits vor Erstgebrauch notwendig). Die Bettwäsche soll nach Aufenthalt mit dem Schlüssel zurück zur Agentur - die Transporttasche war in der Wohnung jedoch nicht zu finden. Wir haben die Tasche dann bei einer Tour in der Agentur abgeholt.
