Restaurants, shopping facilities and guarded bathing beach on the Müritz within a radius of 2 km. Train station with connection to tourist centers of the Mecklenburg Lake District approx. 100 m. Equipped with: Living room on the upper floor (upholstered furniture with sleeping function, sitting area, flat screen TV, air conditioning), bedroom (double bed 1.60 x 2.00 m), kitchen (ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, dining table, mini oven, coffee machine, wood-burning stove, flat screen TV), shower/WC, central heating (FB heating in bathroom and kitchen). Available: furnished terrace or outdoor seating area, barbecue, parking lot at the house, an outdoor sauna, bicycle storage. The state-approved spa town of Waren is located directly on the Müritz in charming surroundings. It is also the tourist center of the Mecklenburg Lake District. Attractions include the historic old town, the harbor with passenger shipping, adjacent promenade and numerous restaurants as well as the Müritzeum, a nature experience center with a huge freshwater aquarium and exhibitions on the special features of the Mecklenburg Lake District. The town also has open-air swimming pools, boat and bicycle hire, a surfing and sailing school and many shopping facilities. Waren is the gateway to the Müritz National Park, which can be easily explored via the well-developed network of cycle paths. Highway access approx. 25 km.
