About this property

One of four vacation apartments on the upper floor of a commercial building in the town center. Access via a separate external staircase. On the floor below the apartments, the owner runs a store selling everyday goods, a post office and a bicycle rental service. Lake Userin is about 300 m away. Combined canoe/bike tours through the beautiful surroundings of the Mecklenburg Lake District as well as canoe and kayak rental can be arranged. All apartments have a communal utility room with washing machine (use for a fee) and ironing facilities. A rowing boat on Lake Userin can also be used free of charge. Parking spaces are available. The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, water and energy.

Userin is a village on the lake of the same name between the small towns of Neustrelitz and Wesenberg (7 km each). Lake Userin is located in the Müritz National Park and is part of the popular "Upper Havel Waterway".
