About this property

This comfortable apartment, newly built and furnished in 2013, is located on the upper floor of a residential building, approx. 1 km from the Baltic Sea beach. It has a living room (upholstered seating area, fireplace, TV, radio, Blue Ray player) with open kitchen (dining area, electric stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, various small kitchen appliances), two bedrooms (1 x double bed, 1 x two single beds), a bathroom with shower, toilet and sauna for free use, a guest toilet, underfloor heating and a furnished balcony. Furthermore, two parking spaces, barbecue, high chair, crib and W-LAN are available. Final cleaning, water consumption and bed linen are included in the total price. Please bring your own towels. To be paid on site: Energy according to consumption, visitor's tax.

Karlshagen is a Baltic seaside resort in the northern part of the island of Usedom. Restaurants, shopping facilities, a marina with boat trips and cycle paths are located in the village. Riding stables, tennis and bowling alley approx. 2.5 km. The village has a beautiful sandy beach.
