The one-room vacation apartment is equipped with a combined living room/bedroom (upholstered furniture, flat-screen TV, radio/CD, double bed, some with guest bed), kitchen (electric stove, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, various kitchen appliances), shower/WC. The ceiling height in the living room/bedroom drops from approx. 2.00 m to approx. 1.90 m. There is a furnished terrace, barbecue, bicycle storage and parking space. The total price includes towels, water and energy consumption and final cleaning. Waren is subject to visitor's tax. Please bring your own bed linen.

The state-approved spa Waren is located directly on the Müritz in a charming setting. It is also the tourist center of the Mecklenburg Lake District. Attractions include the historic old town, the harbor with its passenger boat service, adjacent promenade and numerous restaurants, as well as the Müritzeum, a nature discovery center with a huge freshwater aquarium and exhibitions on the special features of the Mecklenburg Lake District. The town also has open-air swimming pools, boat and bicycle hire, a surfing and sailing school and many shopping facilities. Waren is the gateway to the Müritz National Park, which can be easily explored via the well-developed network of cycle paths. Highway access approx. 25 km.
