The vacation apartment for up to three people, which was last renovated in 2017, is quietly located in a residential area only approx. 500 m from the public swimming pool on the Müritz on the ground floor of the owner's house on the approx. 1,500 m² residential property. The old town of Waren (Müritz) with its marina, shopping facilities and the Müritzeum nature discovery center is just a 15-minute walk away. The tastefully furnished non-smoking apartment has a separate entrance and is equipped with a living room (sofa bed - extra bed for one person, smart flat screen TV, DVD player, radio/CD, small dining table), an open kitchen (electric hobs, fridge with freezer, mini oven, various small kitchen appliances), a bedroom (box spring double bed) and a bathroom with shower, WC and hairdryer. The apartment has underfloor heating and insect screens on the bedroom window. There is also a furnished terrace, a further seating area with sun loungers and barbecue, bicycle storage facilities, a parking space and free WiFi. The owner offers the rental of charter boats at special rates.

The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, water and energy consumption. To be paid on site: Tourist tax. Pets are not allowed in this property.

The state-approved spa Waren (Müritz) is located in a charming setting directly on the lake of the same name, the largest inland lake in Germany. It is also the tourist center of the Mecklenburg Lake District and attractions include the historic old town, the harbor with passenger shipping, adjacent promenade and numerous restaurants and the Müritzeum, a nature experience center with a huge freshwater aquarium and exhibitions on the flora and fauna of the lake district, outdoor swimming pools, boat and bike rental, surfing and sailing school and many shopping opportunities. Waren is the gateway to the Müritz National Park, which can be easily explored via the well-developed network of cycle paths (also in combination with the passenger boat service). Highway access approx. 25 km.
