The apartment is located on the first floor of a private residence, right next to the Ueckermünde Zoo. The owner lives on the upper floor. The restored old town with the harbor is approx. 1 km away, the outdoor pool on the Szczecin Lagoon approx. 4.5 km.

Equipped with living room (upholstered seating area with sleeping function, satellite TV, radio), two bedrooms (double bed or 2 upholstered couches, guest bed to add), large kitchen with complete kitchenette (electric stove with oven, dishwasher, refrigerator combination, dining area, various kitchen appliances), bathroom with bathtub and toilet, central heating. There is also free WiFi, a covered outdoor seating area, charcoal grill, parking space on the property, crib and high chair if required and a bicycle storage room.

The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, water and energy consumption. To be paid on site: Tourist tax. A small dog up to a height of 40 cm is allowed.

The seaside resort of Ueckermünde, the easternmost German harbor town on the Szczecin Lagoon, has a population of approx. 12,000. The well-developed network of cycling and hiking trails makes it easy to explore the beautiful wooded surroundings without a car. Anglers will find the best conditions, especially on the River Uecker.
