The four non-smoking vacation apartments are located within a vacation home on a plot of approx. 1,400 m² in the center of the Ostseebad Trassenheide. It is about 1.6 km to the Baltic Sea beach. Shopping facilities, restaurants and cafés are within a radius of a few hundred meters.all apartments were extensively modernized and newly furnished in 2020.
The 45 sqm 2-room apartment for 2 people is located on the first floor of the house and is accessible via a central staircase. The apartment has a living room with dining table and open kitchenette (upholstered furniture, flat-screen TV, dining table, electric stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, various kitchen appliances), a bedroom (double bed) and a bathroom with shower/WC. The living room has access to the furnished terrace and the adjoining small garden. A crib and high chair can be provided for small children. W-LAN is also available. On the property there is one parking space per apartment, bicycle racks and a central barbecue area on the neighboring property.
The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, water and energy consumption. In the Baltic seaside resort of Trassenheide, vacationers are required to pay a resort tax (payable in cash on site).

Trassenheide, the seaside resort in the north of the island of Usedom, is characterized by its fine sandy beach. Nudist and dog bathing beach nearby. The town is connected to the island's cycle network. Events and concerts take place on the promenade in summer.
