The comfortably furnished holiday home is located separately on the owner's 1500 m² residential property on the outskirts of the village, only approx. 400 m from Lake Plau. Swimming area approx. 500 m. Equipped with living room (upholstered furniture, TV, radio), 2 bedrooms (one of which is a walk-through room) via stairs (1 x double bed, lounger, 1 x 2 beds), kitchen with dining area, pantry (electric cooker, fridge with freezer compartment and microwave) and shower/WC. There is a furnished terrace with barbecue and car park at your disposal. The total price includes bed linen, water and final cleaning. Energy according to consumption.

The climatic health resort of Plau am See is a small town in the Mecklenburg Lake District with a long tradition as a holiday resort. The lake of the same name is the third largest in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern at 38.4 km². Bathing beaches, boat and bike hire, a diving and sailing school, climbing park, passenger boat trips and good fishing opportunities are all located in the town. There is also a picturesque old town centre with numerous restaurants, cafés and shops.
