Just a few steps away from the promenade on the Müritz and a small bathing area, in a popular residential area, there are two vacation apartments for 6 and 4 people on a large residential plot on the upper floor of a town villa and an adjoining outbuilding. The harbor and the old town of Waren with its many shops and restaurants are within walking distance. The centrally heated non-smoking apartment has a parking space, a lockable bicycle storage room, a barbecue and free WiFi.
This approx. 65 m² apartment for up to 4 people is located in a separate annex, can be entered via two entrances (1 x kitchen, 1 x living room) and extends over 2 floors. The living room (sofa bed, dining table, flat screen TV, radio/CD) and the kitchen (electric stove with oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, various small kitchen appliances) are located on the first floor. The bedroom (double bed, trundle bed) and the bathroom (shower, bathtub, washing machine) on the upper floor can be reached via a staircase. The apartment has a furnished, covered terrace with a view of the large garden.
The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, water and electricity. To be paid on site: Tourist tax. Pets are not allowed in this property.

The state-approved spa Waren (Müritz) is located in a charming setting directly on the lake of the same name, the largest inland lake in Germany. It is also the tourist center of the Mecklenburg Lake District and attractions include the historic old town, the harbor with passenger shipping, adjacent promenade and numerous restaurants and the Müritzeum, a nature experience center with a huge freshwater aquarium and exhibitions on the flora and fauna of the lake district, outdoor swimming pools, boat and bike rental, surfing and sailing school and many shopping opportunities. Waren is the gateway to the Müritz National Park, which can be easily explored via the well-developed network of cycle paths (also in combination with the passenger boat service). Highway access approx. 25 km.
