Only approx. 100 m from the Kleiner Pälitzsee lake with its bathing beach, jetty, boat hire and kiosk, there are three friendly holiday apartments in the house and in an extension on the owners' residential property. Renovated between 2013 and 2016, the apartments of different sizes can accommodate up to 10 people in total, and the two apartments in the house are located on the first floor directly next to each other and can be reached via a shared (but separate from the owner's) corridor, while a separate staircase leads to the apartment in the annex. In the lovingly landscaped inner courtyard (smoking is permitted here) of the approx. 800 square metre, fenced property, there are plenty of seating and barbecue facilities, a covered terrace and a rustic party room available to all guests. Parking spaces, a storage room for bicycles and free Wi-Fi are available for all apartments. A path leads from the back of the property directly to the lake.
Final cleaning and water consumption are included in the total price. Please bring your own bed linen and towels or they are available for a fee. Electricity costs are exclusive, billing according to consumption. To be paid on site: Tourist tax, electricity according to consumption, laundry package (if desired).
The approx. 30 square metre apartment for up to 3 people in the annexe has a living/bedroom with double bed (+ extra bed on separate couch), dining table, satellite TV, mini-kitchen (electric hobs, fridge) which can be visually separated by roller blinds, and bathroom with spacious shower and WC.

The state-recognised resort of Kleinzerlang is located on the Kleiner Pälitzsee lake in the middle of the Stechlin-Ruppiner Land nature park. Due to its location on a peninsula and the connections from the Pälitzsee to the most important waterways, Kleinzerlang is the ideal starting point for all water hikers. There is a jetty, a bathing beach, boat and bike hire and a small kiosk right on the lake. The Kleine Pälitzsee is also a popular fishing spot - pike can be caught all year round. The beautiful, wooded surroundings with marked hiking, riding and cycling trails invite you to explore nature, and there is a marina with an indoor swimming pool and motorboat hire about one kilometre from the village centre with its small church, bakery and restaurant. In the town of Rheinsberg (approx. 12 km), the tourist centre of the region, there are numerous restaurants, cafés and other shopping facilities in addition to the old town, which is well worth seeing, and the beautiful rococo castle.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2024; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 15.00 per person, or bring their own. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out.
