Located directly at the marina of Waren (Müritz), two very tastefully and high-quality furnished vacation apartments for 2 persons each are situated on an approx. 800 sqm residential property with a charming inner courtyard in the owners' lavishly restored old town house. Take a stroll along the promenade with its various boat and ship moorings, restaurants and cafés to experience the maritime flair, while the lively old town of Waren invites you to stroll and explore. The famous Müritz cycle path leads directly past the house.
The approximately 60 sqm, centrally heated non-smoking apartment on the first floor, is located in an annex in the inner courtyard and can be reached via an external staircase. It has a living room (upholstered furniture, dining table, flat-screen TV with streaming offers, radio), a bedroom (double bed), an open kitchen (electric stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle), a modern bathroom (floor-level shower, toilet, hairdryer), a small balcony facing the inner courtyard and a small hallway. In addition to free Wi-Fi, the lovingly landscaped inner courtyard with various seating, sunbathing, barbecue and bicycle storage facilities is available to all guests. Parking spaces (for a fee) are located approx. 400 m away, loading and unloading in front of the house is possible.
The total price includes final cleaning, water and energy consumption as well as bed linen and towels (initial supply). To be paid on site: Parking lot (4 EUR/day), spa tax, flat rate for e-bike charging (if applicable) 10 EUR/bike/stay. Pets are not allowed in this vacation property.

The state-approved spa town of Waren (Müritz) is located in charming surroundings directly on the lake of the same name, the largest inland lake in Germany. It is also the tourist center of the Mecklenburg Lake District and attractions include the historic old town, the harbor with passenger shipping, adjacent promenade and numerous restaurants as well as the Müritzeum, a nature experience center with a huge freshwater aquarium and exhibitions on the flora and fauna of the lake district, outdoor swimming pools, boat and bike rental, surfing and sailing school and many shopping opportunities. Waren is the gateway to the Müritz National Park, which can be easily explored via the well-developed network of cycle paths (also in combination with the passenger boat service). Highway access in approx. 25 km.
