The 84 sqm holiday home for max. 3 persons is located together with another holiday home (DZV697) on a 1000 sqm recreational property only 200 m from the Bodstedter Bodden. This 4-star holiday home has been furnished to a high standard and meets the highest demands. It extends over two floors. On the ground floor there is a living/dining area (upholstered furniture, flat-screen TV, hi-fi system, dining table, wood-burning stove), an open-plan kitchenette (electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, mini oven with microwave function, washing machine, various kitchen appliances) and a bathroom with bath and shower. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms (1 x double bed and lounger, 1 x 1.40 m wide double bed) and a sauna with shower. A cot and high chair are available for small children. Internet (W-LAN) is also available. Outside there is a furnished terrace, barbecue, sun loungers, storage space for bicycles and a car park. Final cleaning, water and energy consumption are included in the total price. Bed linen and towels can be brought or rented. To be paid on site: Tourist tax.

Fuhlendorf is located south of the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula on the Bodstedter Bodden. The Baltic seaside resort of Zingst and the small town of Barth are approx. 12 km away. There are two restaurants, shops (mini-shop), bicycle and boat hire and a tennis court in the village. Zeesboot trips are possible on the Bodden, there is a surf school and several riding stables in the area. The region is one of the largest resting places for migratory birds in Europe and offers impressive natural spectacles every year in spring and autumn. Thanks to the well-developed network of cycle paths, the area is ideal for exploring by bike.
