This vacation apartment and three apartments are located on the first floor and upper floor of a separate vacation apartment in the courtyard of a seaside villa, only approx. 200 m from the Ahlbeck pier and the Baltic Sea beach. Stores and restaurants are within a few hundred meters. In the outdoor area there is a small covered seating area, a barbecue, two beach chairs for shared use as well as a bicycle storage room and a parking lot (from 2024 for a fee of 3.00 EUR/day). The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, water and energy consumption. As the Ostseebad Ahlbeck is a spa/recreation resort, a visitor's tax is charged on site.

The apartment is located on the upper floor of the vacation home. Access via separate outside staircase. Equipped with living room (upholstered seating area incl. sofa bed, TV, radio), bedroom (double bed), kitchen with kitchenette and dining area, shower/WC, central heating, outdoor seating area. The accommodation is not suitable for babies or small children.

The seaside resorts of Bansin, Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck are the so-called imperial resorts on the island of Usedom. They have wide sandy beaches, piers with jetties and are connected by a promenade that leads to Swinemünde in Poland. In the villages there are bicycle, boat and beach chair rentals, tennis courts and a network of well-signposted hiking trails. A modern fun pool, the „Ostseetherme“, is centrally located between Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck. The border crossing to Poland can be reached from Ahlbeck in just a few minutes.
