In the middle of the charming old town of Waren (Müritz), right on the shopping mile with cafés, restaurants and shops, yet in a quiet location, there are two holiday apartments for two or three people on the first floor of a residential and commercial building. The harbour with its beautiful promenade and steamboat landing stage is only a few minutes' walk away; the Müritz National Park can be reached quickly from here by public transport, passenger boat or bicycle. The two non-smoking flats are accessible via a separate side entrance and are centrally heated. One parking space is available in a small lockable courtyard (wooden gate), another is approx. 700 m away. Bicycles can be parked in the courtyard. The apartments each have a living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, a small hallway and free WiFi, but differ in size and occupancy. The total price includes final cleaning, electricity and water costs as well as an initial supply of bed linen and towels. To be paid on site: Tourist tax.

The approx. 55 sqm holiday apartment for up to 3 people, completely renovated and refurbished in 2021, has a living room (upholstered suite, flat-screen TV, radio, dining table), kitchen (small dining area, electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer, various small kitchen appliances), a bedroom (double bed, sofa bed, wardrobe, bathroom (shower, toilet, hairdryer) and hallway.

The state-recognised spa town of Waren (Müritz) is located in charming surroundings directly on the lake of the same name, the largest inland lake in Germany. It is also the tourist centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District and attractions include the historic old town, the harbour with its passenger boat service, adjoining promenade and numerous catering establishments as well as the Müritzeum, a nature discovery centre with a huge freshwater aquarium and exhibitions on the flora and fauna of the lake district, outdoor swimming pools, boat and bicycle hire, surfing and sailing schools and many shopping facilities. Waren is the gateway to the Müritz National Park, which can be easily explored via the well-developed network of cycle paths (also in combination with the passenger boat service). Motorway access approx. 25 km
