This spacious vacation apartment for up to 5 people is situated in a quiet location right next to the beautiful Juliusruh spa gardens on a fenced residential and recreational plot of approx. 500 m² on the first floor of a residential building. The Baltic Sea beach is approx. 700 m away. There are two other accommodations in the building complex.

The approx. 80 square meter, centrally heated non-smoking apartment has a large living room with fireplace (leather couch set, flat screen TV), a fully equipped kitchen (dining area, electric stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, 2nd flat screen TV, various small kitchen appliances), two bedrooms (1 x double bed, 1 x double bed, crib and upholstered couch divisible by curtain), a hallway, a bathroom with tub / toilet and a guest toilet. There is also a furnished terrace, barbecue, parking space and bicycle storage facilities.

The stated total price includes water and energy consumption, bed linen and towels must be brought or can be rented.

Breege with its district Juliusruh is a well-known Baltic seaside resort on the Wittow peninsula/island of Rügen. Boat trips to Hiddensee and fishing trips can be made from Breege harbor. In the village: restaurants, shopping facilities, jetty, boat and bicycle rental, indoor swimming pool, fine sandy beach.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2024; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 25.00 per person, or bring their own. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Up to one pet is allowed.
