About this property

One of two comfortable vacation apartments is located in a vacation home newly built in 2009 on a 500 m² recreational plot on the quiet outskirts of the village. To the beach approx. 2 km, to the nearest restaurant approx. 300 m. The apartment is equipped with living / dining room (upholstered furniture incl. sofa bed, dining area, satellite TV, radio, fireplace), complete kitchenette with electric stove, microwave and dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed each, children's travel bed to add), shower / WC and central heating. There is a balcony, barbecue area, children's playground and parking lot. The total price includes bed linen, water, energy consumption and final cleaning. Pets are not allowed in this apartment.

Karlshagen in the northern part of the island of Usedom has developed into a seaside resort only a few years ago. In the village there are various restaurants, shopping facilities, harbor with boat traffic, cycle path. Riding stable, tennis, bowling approx. 2.5 km. Beautiful sandy beach.
