In the middle of the charming old town of Waren (Müritz), directly on the shopping mile with cafés, restaurants and stores, yet in a quiet location, there are two vacation apartments for two or three people on the second floor of a residential and commercial building. The harbor with the beautiful promenade and the steamboat landing stage is only a few minutes' walk away; the Müritz National Park can be reached quickly from here by public transport, passenger boat or bicycle. The two non-smoking apartments are accessible via a separate side entrance and are centrally heated. One parking space is available in a small lockable courtyard (wooden gate), another is approx. 700 m away. Bicycles can be parked in the courtyard. The apartments each have a living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, a small hallway and free Wi-Fi, but differ in size and occupancy. The total price includes final cleaning, electricity and water costs as well as an initial supply of bed linen and towels. To be paid on site: Tourist tax.

The approx. 75 m² apartment for up to 3 people is equipped with a living room (upholstered suite, flat-screen TV, radio), large, fully equipped kitchen (dining table, electric stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, various small kitchen appliances), a bedroom (double bed, a couch, large closet), bathroom (bathtub, toilet, hairdryer) and hallway.

The state-approved spa town of Waren (Müritz) is located in charming surroundings directly on the lake of the same name, the largest inland lake in Germany. It is also the tourist center of the Mecklenburg Lake District and attractions include the historic old town, the harbor with its passenger boat service, adjacent promenade and numerous restaurants, as well as the Müritzeum, a nature discovery center with a huge freshwater aquarium and exhibitions on the flora and fauna of the lake district, outdoor swimming pools, boat and bicycle rentals, surfing and sailing schools and many shopping opportunities. Waren is the gateway to the Müritz National Park, which can be easily explored via the well-developed network of cycle paths (also in combination with the passenger boat service). Highway access approx. 25 km
