The 45 m² two-room vacation apartment for max. 3 people is located separately on the upper floor of a residential building on the owner's 1365 m² residential property within a quiet residential area in the village. The town center, shopping facilities and restaurants are within a radius of about 500 m. Lake Neuklosteran with its beautiful beach is around 1.5 km away. The apartment was modernized in 2019 and is equipped with a living room (upholstered furniture, flat screen TV, radio / CD), a bedroom (3 x single bed), a kitchen (dining area, electric hob, fridge with freezer, microwave, various kitchen appliances), a bathroom with tub / WC. and a separate room for leisure activities. There is also a parking lot in front of the house and a high chair for small children. Bicycles (different sizes) can be rented on site and bicycles brought along can be safely stored.

The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, water and energy consumption. The apartment is not rented to construction workers/companies!

Neukloster is a small town in northwest Mecklenburg on the edge of the Sternberg lake district. The Neuklosteraner See, a beautiful swimming and fishing lake with a large bathing beach, boat rental and snack bar, is located in the town. Thanks to the good transport links (A 20 and A 14), Schwerin (37 km), Rostock (45 km) and the Baltic Sea (Hanseatic city of Wismar 20 km) can be reached in around 30 minutes by car. In addition to the numerous old buildings, the monastery church dating back to 1219 with its many valuable exhibits is also worth a visit.
